Privacy (GDPR)

GEO Platform processes data in accordance with the GDPR. Below are the key principles.

Basics​

  • Data is stored and processed in the EU.
  • Processing is limited to the purposes of providing the service.

Data subject rights (DSAR)​

We handle data access and erasure requests (DSAR), including data erasure on request and configurable retention.

PII redaction in prompts​

Personal data may be redacted before being sent to AI models, limiting the scope of data leaving the platform.

Retention​

Retention periods for raw data (e.g. attribution events) are configurable; aggregated data is kept longer for history and benchmarking.

Cookies​

Information about cookies is available in the platform's cookie policy.
