Subprocessors
Below is the list of providers we use to deliver GEO Platform, with the purpose and processing location. The default configuration does not transfer consumers' personal data — monitoring concerns brand and product visibility.
Infrastructure
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner | Application and database hosting, backups | Germany (EU) |
| Brevo | Transactional e-mail (notifications, reports, accounts) | EU |
| Sentry | Application error monitoring (PII disabled) | EU |
AI model providers
Visibility checks query AI platforms the way a consumer does; internal tasks (analysis, content generation) use AI models on the platform side. Query content concerns the client's brand, products and market — not personal data. Optional PII redaction strips potential personal data from queries before they're sent.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anthropic (Claude) | Visibility monitoring + internal analysis and content generation |
| OpenAI (ChatGPT) | Visibility monitoring |
| Google (Gemini) | Visibility monitoring |
| Perplexity | Visibility monitoring |
| SerpAPI | Fetching Google AI Overviews (search results) |
Optional integrations (enabled by the client)
These services process data only if the client connects them — on the client's own accounts and credentials:
- Cloudflare — AI bot visit logs (Bot Analytics module),
- Google Cloud BigQuery — data sync into the client's GCP project (Enterprise),
- WordPress / Webflow / shop platforms / GA4 / Plausible / Slack — publishing, catalog and analytics integrations.
The list may change as the product evolves. Clients with a data processing agreement (DPA) are notified of subprocessor changes per the agreement's terms.
