Limits
The platform enforces technical limits that depend on the plan. Below are the thresholds and when they are checked.
Resource limits
| Plan | Workspaces | Users | Maps / workspace | Questions / map | Bot visits / mo. | Products | Orders / mo. |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brand | 1 | 5 | 3 | 60 | 1,000 | — | — |
| Commerce | 1 | 10 | 5 | 60 | 5,000 | 200 | 1,000 |
| Commerce Pro | 2 | 25 | 10 | 100 | 10,000 | 1,000 | 10,000 |
| Enterprise | ∞ | ∞ | ∞ | ∞ | ∞ | ∞ | ∞ |
| Agency | per workspace | per workspace | like Commerce Pro | like Commerce Pro | like Commerce Pro | like Commerce Pro | like Commerce Pro |
The limit binds per map: number of maps per workspace and the maximum number of questions in a single map. Total question ceiling = maps × questions per map. Enforced when creating a map and when adding/generating questions.
Feature availability
Which modules are available on a given plan (technical gating — independent of enabling the module per workspace):
| Feature | Brand | Commerce | Commerce Pro | Enterprise | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brand visibility (5 AI platforms) | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Product module | — | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Order attribution | — | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Brand Safety | — | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Personas | 3 | full | full | full | full |
| Webhooks | — | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| Raw data export | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
| SSO (SAML/OIDC) | — | — | — | ✅ | optional |
| BigQuery Sync | — | — | — | ✅ | optional |
Plans do not differentiate access to AI platforms — every plan has all 5 (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews). They differentiate volumes (maps, questions, products, orders) and the module availability in the table above.
Raw data export — per-dataset gating
The export feature is in every plan, but each dataset is gated separately: the Brand plan exports only Brand (visibility) + infrastructure datasets; products, Brand Safety and attribution require a plan with the corresponding module. Cost and token columns are never exported.
Daily AI cost safety valve
Every plan has a daily AI budget safety valve (a USD cap protecting against unusual usage) — a technical mechanism, configurable per tenant by the platform administrator.
