Quickstart
This guide takes you from first login to first value — your first brand visibility measurement (and products, if you have the product module).
1. First login
Your account is created for you by the GEO Platform team. Afterwards you receive an email with a set-password link. Once set, log in at geoplatform.pl.
Change your password in Profile → Password. If an admin reset it, you'll be asked to set a new one on your next login.
2. Onboarding (wizard)
On first entry an adaptive onboarding wizard starts. Its steps adapt to your package and business model:
- Company profile — name, industry, target market, competitors, tone of voice.
- Business model — manufacturer / reseller / hybrid (drives module layout and labels).
- Store and product feed (packages with the product module) — connect store/feed, import the catalog, choose products to track.
- First measurement — run the first visibility checks.
In the Brand package the store/product steps are hidden — onboarding focuses on brand visibility.
3. Topic map and first checks (Brand module)
We measure brand visibility through topic maps — sets of questions real AI users ask. The platform helps you generate and complete them.
- Open Visibility / Topic map.
- Generate or add questions (you can edit them).
- Save the map and run checks on the chosen AI platforms.
- Results: Share of Voice (how often AI mentions your brand), sentiment, tone, position, and question ranking.
A check can use web search (the "web search" checkbox, on by default) so the answer reflects the current market.
4. Products (Commerce and higher)
If you have the product module:
- Import the catalog via the connected store/feed.
- Choose products to track (limit depends on the package).
- Run AI Product Visibility → Share of Shelf, price accuracy, reason mining.
5. Order attribution (optional)
To attribute orders and revenue to the AI channel:
- install the attribution pixel on your store, and
- sync orders (API, CSV, or a store adapter).
Attribution reports 3 levels of proof (hard / self-reported / probable) and never sums them. See the glossary.
