Content & refresh

The Content module closes the monitoring loop: where checks show a gap, the platform helps you generate LLM-optimized (GEO) content, take it through approval, publish it and — most importantly — keep it fresh over time.

What it's for

  • Generates content for a specific question from a topic map (brand or product) in these formats: article, listicle, comparison, FAQ — with a format recommendation.
  • Scores every piece with a GEO score — how "citable" it is for AI models.
  • Takes content through statuses: Draft → For approval → Approved → Published.
  • Creates adaptations for other channels (LinkedIn, FAQ, Google Business and more).
  • The Content Refresh Engine re-scores published content daily and flags pieces that are aging.

How to start

Don't generate content "in advance". The best starting point is a gap: a question where AI mentions competitors instead of you (question ranking in Brand visibility) or a source where you're absent (AI Sources).

Step by step

Generation and approval

  1. Open Content and click "Generate new content" (or start from a question in the topic map). Pick the scope: brand or product (category / specific product).
  2. Pick a format or accept the recommendation. You edit the generated draft in the editor — the GEO score updates as the content changes.
  3. Submit for approval. A user with approval rights approves or returns it with a comment.

Publishing

  1. Approved content goes to Distribution: publish directly to WordPress or Webflow (configured in the company profile) or download a publication package.
  2. After publishing, the piece gets a URL; links on your own domain are tagged with UTM parameters, so AI traffic and conversions can be tied to a specific piece.
Attribution pixel

If the AI Attribution pixel is not installed on your site, published content won't be attributed to AI traffic or revenue — Distribution shows a warning. See Order attribution.

Refresh

  1. Open Content refresh. Every published piece has a Refresh Score (100 = fresh), recalculated daily. Reasons for a drop: visibility decline, no recent data, a competitor overtook you, low GEO score, content age.
  2. For pieces below the threshold, generate an update suggestion — a concrete change proposal you apply to the published page.

FAQ

How is GEO score different from SEO? GEO score rates the traits that increase the chance of being cited by AI models: direct answers, structure, data and facts, freshness. Classic SEO isn't enough — AI cites passages, it doesn't rank pages.

Why isn't a piece with a high GEO score being cited? The score measures content quality, not distribution. Check in AI Sources whether the URL is in the citation universe at all, and whether platforms visit the page (Bot Analytics).

How often does refresh re-scoring run? Nightly. Refresh Score drops e.g. when the visibility of the question tied to the piece declines — you don't have to watch the calendar yourself.

Can I audit existing pages, not just platform-generated content? Yes — the Page audit module scores any URL for GEO and suggests improvements.
