Reports
The Reports module generates ready-to-send reports from the whole platform: monthly, quarterly (QBR), annual and custom. You configure a report once, and the live preview shows exactly what will end up in the PDF and in the recurring e-mail.
What it's for
- Four report types: Monthly, QBR (quarterly business review), Annual and Custom (any date range).
- Section configurator — toggle sections and set their order; sections outside your package are greyed out.
- Data filters — narrow the report to selected topic maps, product categories, a persona and AI platforms.
- Previous-period comparison — ▲▼ deltas next to KPIs.
- Executive summary (AI) — a concise narrative of the period in the report language of your choice.
- Branding — the report in your colors, ready for the board or an agency client.
How to start
A report is only as good as the data underneath: you need regular visibility checks (and for product and attribution sections — working product and attribution modules). The report configuration is saved per type — recurring reports use the same configuration and the same engine as the preview, so the e-mail always looks like the preview.
Step by step
- Open Reports and pick the type (Monthly / QBR / Annual / Custom) and the period.
- In the configurator, select sections and set their order within groups. The preview on the right updates live.
- Set data filters — e.g. brand maps only, a specific product category, selected platforms. Same filters as in "Recent checks".
- (Optional) enable previous-period comparison and the AI executive summary — you can also generate it manually for the current view and pick the summary language.
- Save the configuration and download the PDF — or let recurring reports do the work: the monthly generates automatically after month close, the QBR after quarter close, and the finished report lands in the archive and in recipients' inboxes.
In the Agency package every workspace has its own data and its own report — configuration and branding per client.
FAQ
How does the PDF differ from the preview? It doesn't — same rendering engine. The HTML preview is the source of truth; the PDF is its faithful print.
Why are some sections greyed out? The section needs a module outside your package (e.g. attribution sections in the Brand package). The remaining sections work normally.
What language is the AI summary written in? The report language you pick in the configurator — independent of the market you measure (you can measure the German market and report in Polish).
Where do I find older reports? In the archive on the Reports page — every recurring and manually generated report is stored with the period it covers.
