Cost Center

The Cost Center shows what your AI usage on the platform costs and lets you set a monthly budget. Every visibility check, content generation or analysis consumes external AI models — here you see it all in one place, in your billing currency.

What it's for

  • Current monthly usage, broken down per feature (visibility checks, content generation, Brand Safety, product visibility…) and per AI platform.
  • Monthly budget — you set the amount; the platform warns as you approach the limit.
  • Monthly history — the usage trend over time.
  • CSV export — a cost statement for your internal accounting.

Independently of the budget, a daily safety valve protects against a sudden, unusual usage spike.

How to start

Costs are most predictable when checks run on a steady rhythm (nightly monitoring + scheduled checks). One-off large batch checks always show a cost estimate before starting — you make the call consciously.

Step by step

  1. Open the Cost Center.
  2. Review the current month: total usage, breakdown per feature and per platform. That answers "what generates the costs".
  3. Set a monthly budget (Edit button) appropriate to your monitoring scale.
  4. Come back when the monitoring scope changes (new maps, more platforms, more products) — the estimates in check windows help predict the monthly impact.
  5. At month end, download the CSV export if you charge costs internally.
Where do these costs come from?

Every query to an AI platform (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AIO) and every AI analysis on our side consumes paid models. Prices depend on the model and answer length — that's why a check with web search can cost more than one without.

FAQ

What happens when I exceed the budget? You get a warning, and AI-consuming operations may be paused until month end or a budget increase — monitoring never runs up the bill without your knowledge.

Why does the same check cost differently on different days? AI answer length varies, and a check with web search consumes more than one without. The estimate in the check window is an expected value, not a to-the-cent guarantee.

What currency are costs shown in? Your account's billing currency (PLN, EUR or USD) — as agreed in the contract.

Can team members see costs? Budget management and the full cost view are account administrator permissions.
