Product visibility
The Product visibility module (AI Product Visibility) measures how your products appear in shopping queries sent to AI ("best X for Y", "cheap X with delivery") — at the level of the whole catalog, a category, and an individual SKU.
What it's for
- Share of Shelf — your products' share of AI recommendations versus competitors.
- Reason mining — why AI picks a given product (features, price, reviews, availability).
- Commercial trust — whether AI states the correct price and availability, or hallucinates facts about the product.
- Measurement per SKU and per category — with competitor context specific to that shelf.
Availability
The product module is available in the Commerce, Commerce Pro, Enterprise and Agency packages (not in Brand). The number of tracked products depends on your package — see Limits.
How to start
You need an imported product catalog. Import it via a connected store or feed (supported: Shoper, WooCommerce, IdoSell, Shopify, PrestaShop, BaseLinker, Magento, among others).
Step by step
- In the onboarding or in Company profile, connect your store / product feed.
- Import the catalog → it lands in the "Store catalog" pool.
- Select products to track (manual-first: you track what you consciously chose, up to your package limit).
- Open Product visibility and run checks for the selected SKUs / categories.
- Analyze the results:
- Share of Shelf (overall, per category, per platform, with trend),
- Reason mining (per SKU — why AI recommends),
- Trust (price correct / availability status / detected hallucinations).
Tracked products link to the Order attribution module — so you see revenue per SKU / category alongside visibility.
FAQ
How is Share of Shelf different from Share of Voice? SoV is about the brand (mentions in brand questions). Share of Shelf is about products (recommendations in shopping questions). See the glossary.
How does AI know my price and availability? From content on the web (yours and others'). The module catches the mismatch between the price/availability AI states and the actual state in your catalog — a signal to fix content.
Why is tracking manual rather than automatic for the whole catalog? Deliberate product selection yields sharper insights and predictable cost. The tracked-product limit comes from your package.
Is my own catalog excluded when computing competitors? Yes — "own" means the brand from your company profile, so the competitive share isn't inflated by your own products.
