Notifications
Notifications are individual e-mail alert settings — every user chooses what they want to be informed about. The platform monitors daily; notifications make sure you learn about an important change without checking the panel.
What it's for
- An alert catalog grouped by module: brand visibility, Brand Safety, products, sources and content, infrastructure.
- Example alerts: Share of Voice drop / recovery, a new competitor in answers, divergence between platforms, a detected hallucination, a new source gap.
- Two delivery frequencies: immediate (a separate e-mail per alert) or a daily digest (one combined e-mail).
- Settings are per user — your choices don't affect the rest of the team; alerts are counted for the workspaces you have access to.
How to start
Defaults are conservative — it's worth deliberately enabling the alerts that match your role: content person → sources and content; e-commerce manager → products and attribution; brand manager → visibility and Brand Safety.
Step by step
- Open the user menu (avatar) → Notifications.
- Pick the delivery frequency: immediate or daily digest.
- Select the alerts you want — the "Select all" / "Clear all" buttons per group help.
- Save. The change applies from the next monitoring cycle.
If you get too many e-mails, switch to the daily digest — all alerts from the day in one e-mail, nothing gets lost.
FAQ
How do notifications differ from the alert bell in the panel? The bell in the visibility module shows all alerts in the panel. Notifications are their e-mail channel — you subscribe only to what concerns you.
Why is my alert list shorter than a colleague's? The catalog depends on the package (e.g. product alerts require the product module) and on the workspaces you have access to.
Can I turn everything off? Yes — notifications are fully opt-in/opt-out. Recurring reports (e.g. monthly) have separate settings in the Reports module.
I'm not getting e-mails even though alerts are enabled. Check your spam folder and the e-mail address on your account. If the problem persists, contact us — sender addresses are sometimes blocked by restrictive corporate servers.
